I have grown very fond of Marta. She has a way of explaining things to me that help me to understand the logic behind what I am learning. I can come to class sometimes feeling like I am struggling and she breaks it all down for me to easily understand. She gives me time for it to 'click' in my head before moving on. As difficult as this is right now, she gives me hope that it won't be so hard forever. She helps me feel like this is attainable and one day, I will be fluent.

Marta is a wonderful tutor! She is very knowledgeable, not only with her command of Italian and it's grammar, but also with the English language. She is certified C2 in English, and her ability to switch back and forth between the languages in conversation is impressive. She is also a lot of fun, with a great sense of humor. I just completed my 10th lesson, and have studied Italian in the past to a B1-B2 level. However, the conversational and listening comprehension aspects are a struggle. Marta is making a big difference in these areas, and her easy-going approach puts me at ease. I am continuing with Marta into the future and feel confidant that my Italian conversational skills will rapidly improve while having fun at the same time. I highly recommend Marta to help you in your Italian language journey!

Marta is an awesome teacher!! I have come a long way in learning Italian. She keeps me organized, has a plan on how to teach each and every lesson, what homework to give, tests me on my knowledge, corrects me when needed, has much patience, and is a lot fun to work with! She laughes a lot, so makes the lessons fun! I would highly recommand Marta if you want to learn Italian. And we also speak about the Italian culture which is really cool! After 12 years of basic education, and 5 years of college, I can honestly say Marta is one of the best teachers I have ever had!

I have been studying Italian with Marta now for almost 1 ½ years. I was truly a beginner. Marta’s feedback on my reading is incredibly detailed; following her suggestions of reading out loud improved my speaking and listening skills tremendously. I’m starting to understand people speaking Italian which is the hardest skills of learning another language.
