Roxanne

My children have always understood English but they couldn't speak it very well as they've always answered me in French. That's changed after lessons with Roxanne. There's been a huge improvement in their fluency and confidence, for which their grandparents in particular are very grateful. I would advise anyone reading this - students or parents - to arrange a regular time and make a real go of this. You will not regret it.

Roxanne has been teaching my teenage son for almost a year and we wish to continue learning with her for many reasons:) First of all, she is experienced, professional and always very well-prepared. Next, she makes sure to understand the student’s goals really well and then helps achieve them. She stays in ongoing touch when it comes to redefining the goals or reviewing expectations. She also leaves regular feedback. Every time she makes an effort to keep the student engaged and challenged at the same time. She is fully capable of preparing students towards various exams as well as developing their selected skills like speaking or writing. All in all, Roxanne makes a great teacher:) Thank you Roxanne🤗

I really appreciate her sensitivity and calm presence. She creates a space where I can speak freely without being interrupted, and she gently corrects me afterwards. This makes me feel safe and helps me lose my shyness very quickly. She is a very good listener, and our conversations can range from everyday topics to deeper and more meaningful discussions. She is friendly, helpful, and has a great sense of humor. She engages fully in the topics we talk about. Her pronunciation is excellent, her voice is pleasant, and she is very patient. I can highly recommend her as a teacher.

An excellent lesson, as always. My child has changed his attitude to learning English thanks to Roxanne. It feels fantastic when I see his happy face before and after every meeting with his teacher.
