I had a really great time with Lawrence. He's very friendly, smiley and joyful! He makes you feel relaxed and comfortable while speaking a new language. Also, he's very prepared on the topic of learning a new language. He has a method that makes you progress fast along your journey of acquiring a new language. If you've already gotten to an intermediate or upper-intermediate level of English, you'll likely want to work on smoothing out your speech and making it flow better. This lesson with LJ helped me figure out what I was struggling with and understand why phrasal verbs really matter.

To acquire a foreign language, it is essential to understand the culture, traditions, and people associated with it. LJ approaches English and teaching in a slightly different way. The lessons place great emphasis on a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, as well as the learner’s personality and interests, making it possible to learn English almost 'pain-free.' For me, this fresh approach has been very effective.
