I started listening to Michal's podcast a couple years ago when I was taking a Czech literature course and a few years later I finally decided to book a lesson. I've had several great conversation partners for practicing Czech, but my meetings with Michal have really been a qualitative change. Finding someone who truly listens and is patient while the other person thinks is not as easy as it sounds, so it has been great to find that in Michal. Plus he has plenty of experience teaching Czech and learning other languages himself, so you are really in good hands with him as a tutor.

Děkuju Michale za ještě jednou skvělou konverzaci! Mluvit s někým, a skoro vůbec netušit, že to proběhá v cizím jazyce je opravdu skvělé, a ty rozhodné máš talent na to tu konverzaci nastavit tak, aby to bylo maximálně přirozeně :-) Je to neocenitelně!

Ce fut une première prise de contact, où nous avons parlé de Prague et de voyages en général. J’ai appris à formuler de nouvelles phrases, à parler de destinations et de modes de transport. J’ai déjà une connaissance passive du tchèque et il est utile pour moi de pouvoir la mettre en pratique avec quelqu’un de patient comme Michal.
