Lara’s deep teaching experience has enhanced my learning difficult subject material. She has integrated various source material to teach and reinforce subjects, and it has helped me ti practice and apply my learning in very productive ways. For example, we stepped away from the core education guide to do worksheets helping le to learn more verbs and the dynamics of past tense. We returned to the guide after a number of weeks, and in doing so the content presented made more sense and I am able to retain what I learned on past tense even more. She’s the best instructor and she takes deep pride in excellence. Thank you Lara!

I have been working with Lara for about a year now, and I have seen so much progress in my Italian! Her lessons are a great combination of formal learning and real-life immersion (casual conversation, podcast listening, reading, etc.) I have found her methods to be extremely effective and I really enjoy meeting with her each week :)

Today was a great mix of practicing both listening and speaking skills. We reviewed some simple dialogue, learned new vocabulary, and also did some exercises to help me learn how to put together new sentence structures. Fun and engaging as usual, grazie!

Another fun lesson! Today we focused on how to conjugate some essential verbs in order to be able to ask and respond to common questions used in daily life. Lara does a great job of progressing the lessons at my individual learning pace and uses a lot of positive reinforcement as we tackle new concepts. Grazie!
