I have been having lessons with Camila for several months now and feel like I have made great progress with my Spanish. I wasn’t confident speaking before but Camila’s patience made me feel more confortable. One of the other teachers I tried on this platform blocked me after only one lesson so I almost stopped using italkie after that, but glad I ended up finding Camila. She is great to build conversational skills, correcting grammar along the way, while having interesting conversations. She speaks clearly and slowly and I am able to understand a lot.

I am so grateful I found Camila! I have enjoyed working with other teachers, but Camila is the first tutor I have had here who is very methodical and organized in her approach. I was feeling more confident lately, but she quickly honed in on some of my weak spots and was able to provide drills to practice for the whole lesson. I really need to build up a strong foundation, so I am super grateful to Camila for being not only perceptive but also very prepared for the lessons.
