I have been studying with Teresa for almost four years. At this point, I cannot imagine working with another teacher to improve my Chinese. She is patient, flexible, and capable of tailoring lessons to individual student needs, from textbook lessons, grammar materials, and reading practice to free conversation about diverse topics. She has a wealth of personal experience from living abroad and a unique perspective, which helps her explain Chinese idioms and advanced concepts naturally. Furthermore, she is very good at making the lesson fun. I highly recommend her lessons.

Teresa's class always contains a generous helping of culture, history, grammar, usage, and modernisms, mixed together with a dollop of laughter! Gotta' love it!!

She is a wise and lovely person, and during the classes she would engage in some very interesting conversations about the hottest topics: from history & culture, to fashion & entertainment, business & economy, to modern society and education. Teresa will adapt her class to your style and will give your useful advices and recommendations based on your goals and needs!

She talks very easy to understand, I feel comfortable learning with her.
