Hello! My name is Zina and I'm an Algerian language teacher with over 5 years of experience. I'm also a language learner which is why I think I can relate to my students' needs and the different learning stages they might get stuck at. I love exploring new cultures and languages through literature, music as well as films. I have taught English online for over 5 years and I'm currently teaching it at a high school level in a private school in Algiers, Algeria. As for French, it's been 2 years now since I've started teaching it online along with Arabic. I've taught learners coming from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds as well as different levels and age categories. I adapt really well and I make sure understand their needs in order to offer them personalized lessons which will help them progress one step at a time.Meine Stunden und mein Unterrichtsstil
I like to teach languages through stories because I believe that fun, meaningful and most importantly, interesting material helps grasp the different language skills much better. Comprehensible input and contexualizing the learning material is what I mostly focus on.
For example: if we read a very short story about a group of friends traveling to France, we will learn travel-related words (vocab), the future tense (grammar) and talk about our own future travels plans (speaking), etc.
