I am Ahmed, an engineer from Baghdad Iraq, I have lived and worked in various countries, interacting with diverse individuals in both academic and professional settings. I have a talent for teaching languages and building strong relationships with people from different cultures, thanks to my background as a language instructor and export sales representative. I am a skilled Arabic language teacher with extensive experience in both learning and teaching languages. My language learning background includes English, Turkish, and various Arabic dialects such as Libyan and Syrian, and mostly I learned them on my own. As a result, I have a deep understanding of the struggles language learners face and have developed effective teaching techniques to help them overcome these challenges. As an educator, I believe that there is no single teaching method that can cater to the diverse learning styles and needs of all students. Therefore, I prioritize having an initial consultation with each student to collaboratively develop a tailored study plan that suits their individual requirements.
To facilitate effective learning, I incorporate a wide range of teaching tools and techniques that enable students to comprehend and retain information in an engaging manner. Excellent first lesson with Ahmed! He was very well-prepared with great resources for learning Iraqi Arabic, and made the most of the online learning platform by having me read from a shared screen, writing new words on a shared document as we went, etc. A natural teacher who immediately helped me dive into learning with substance & structure!

Ahmed is a tremendous teacher! Many other teachers seem to fall on either end of a spectrum: too focus and structured or too casual. Either you march through a set amount of material or you aimlessly cover topics without real progress. Ahmed, however, hits the right balance. He is always responsive to my interests and questions while also being prepared to organize lessons to cover the fundamentals. He is also -- easily -- one of the coolest teachers I have met on here. He is always patient, accommodating, helpful, and knowledgeable. Arabic can be an intimidating language. He's your guy to get you through it!

Ahmed is such an incredible teacher! I was blown away by how wonderful my first class was with him. I explained my level in Arabic and my language goals and then we jumped right into a lesson guided by a very helpful textbook. Ahmed is so good at explaining everything clearly. He clarified so many concepts that before I struggled to understand. Ahmed also sent me the material that we used in class and gave me exercises to do at home for additional practice. I am really amazed at what a wonderful class this was and really look forward to learning Arabic with Ahmed! Thank you so much for the great lesson!

It has only been a few lessons so far but Ahmed is a great teacher, zero judgement and encourages students to continue trying. He also provides numerous examples and resources and keeps us engaged with active recalling.
