Clementine Mégane

C'était mon troisième cours avec Clémentine. Elle est gentille et intelligente, et j'aime beaucoup apprendre avec elle. (now for the English as my French is beginner and I want to give her a good reivew)! Clémentine makes sure I push myself in our lessons (I really struggle with the confidence to try speaking) and I always come away feeling encouraged to continue learning outside the classroom. She doesn't mind me using English words when I'm not sure and corrects me in a way that doesn't make me feel stupid. Merci beaucoup Clémentine!

In the handful of months that I’ve had the pleasure of taking classes with Clementine, I’ve come to know her as a very kind and welcoming person who is incredibly good at what she does. I took both French and Portuguese classes with her, and both were a struggle for me in the beginning. Luckily, I had Clementine to help me through the initial difficult phase of starting to speak a new language. I would highly recommend her as a teacher because, in addition to all of the above, she is also a fervent language learner herself and has done more language learning than most of us could ever dream of. This is why she truly understands the student’s perspective, which differentiates her from most other teachers. It was a pleasure taking classes with her.

Clémentine is easy to speak to and I really enjoyed our conversation together. She is eager to share her local knowledge which was invaluable for planning my upcoming trip to Switzerland. It is evident that she loves languages, and I would recommend her as a teacher and/or conversation partner.
