Marco and I had an interesting and engaging conversation today about the very broad—and very important—area of information technology. I enjoyed it immensely! As an older student, and as a professional, my primary interest in studying Spanish is to learn to communicate about practical applications in both the areas of business and the rich culture that is abundant in Mexico and South America. And, I want to hear opinions and viewpoints that are different from my own, and from those of my country—that is extremely important in our global economy and society. Marco is able to navigate all of those areas with me, and he makes it enjoyable to do so. He is a gentleman—and a very smart man with a great sense of humor.
