A truly excellent teacher if you are interested in detailed, nuanced explanation of advanced grammar, as well as the historical, cultural and philosophical background that underlies the Korean language. With Soo-Hyang쌤, you get to truly understand the deeper meaning and complexities of Korean, whether it's literary texts or humorous trending memes. Her intellectual rigour is paired with an extremely approachable and kind personality, making for a meaningful and enjoyable lesson every single time. Absolutely highly recommended!

Soo Hyang helped me with Korean practice prior to travel. She used situational conversations which were very practical. She gave materials and feedback, too.

Soo-hyang is a really kind, energetic teacher! I am taking lessons to prepare to attend my friend’s wedding in Korea, so I learned a lot about Korean wedding culture and words and comments to use at weddings.
