I have improved my awareness, knowledge, and skills for being an effective teacher. While planning my lessons I always focus on my students' personal needs and requirements. I help my students to improve their grammar knowledge and help them to improve their reading/comprehension, writing and speaking skill. After each class, she gives me listening homework and asks me to study English news and take notes, which I discuss with her before the next class.
