My strength is definitely grammar. I can usually explain any questions my students may have in detail. I'm very structured and organized. I use google docs with tables in all of my lessons to make sure that everything you learn is recorded, and that you don't make mistakes more than once. Documenting every feedback point and suggestions is extremely effective to review and work on your mistakes at you own pace - this is the most important method that most teachers don't use on italki (unfortunately).
