Excellent first lesson with Macky. He was kind, knowledgeable, personable, and totally focused on my conversation lesson. I felt at ease right away. I had no trouble understanding him because he immediately spoke at the right speed for my level of listening comprehension. Some teachers go off on tangents, but he was laser-focused on my speech and correcting errors (which I had specifically asked for). Every minute of the lesson was valuable to me. He is calm, kind, and patient, so if you tend to get nervous in lessons, he would be a great choice of instructor to put you at ease.
