We went through Genki 1 - Chapter 1. Reviewed how to say time, and completed the exercises. Sayumi Sensei is an excellent teacher. I highly recommend taking lessons from her.

Today, we talked about the hurricane nearby and how it did/didn't affect Hawaii. We also discussed how Sayumi-san was able to see one of her favorite street performers. We then worked through Genki 2 Chapter 23 exercises and Sayumi-san helped me understand some mistakes I kept making.

We talked about my latest doctor's appointments. The session turned into some fun research regarding ADHD medications and how they're perceived in Japan. Sayumi-san, thank you for listening to my stories!
