Do you ever find yourself at work giving a presentation, writing an email, or in a meeting in English and thinking, “I could do better”? Or feel your confidence drop because of pronunciation? With over 25 years of coaching experience in business environments and a CELTA (Grade A), I help professionals communicate clearly, confidently, and effectively. I also specialise in IELTS preparation. My approach is different from traditional teaching. I use coaching techniques such as SMART goal setting, focused questioning, and active listening to build a course around your needs.
I don’t just teach—you’ll practise, apply, and build real confidence using English at work. Lessons focus on real business situations, improving your speaking, vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation. You’ll receive clear, constructive feedback to help you break persistent errors and progress quickly. You’ll also have access to a personalised Google Drive folder with your goals, materials, feedback, and progress tracking—so your learning continues beyond each lesson. Discounted lesson packages (10, 15, 20) are available.

Training & Development ManagerOn returning from my world tour, I felt the desire to further develop my training skills and continue to build my ability to help business people through coaching.
I began my role as a Training & Development Manager, which involved delivering sessions ranging from technical computer-based training to behavioural soft skills, to groups of up to 30 delegates, from regional managers to cashiers. I developed my coaching skills, providing in-branch coaching sessions.
