Catarina truly is such a wonderful and naturally talented teacher! She is patient and pays attention to details and really wants everyone to succeed! I’m so grateful that she is a tutor on here!

Catarina is an amazing teacher. She always speaks in a very clear and understanding way, however at the same time she manages to challenge you. There is a great balance of structure whilst maintaining freedom to speak about topics and flow through conversation. I always end the class with a full page of new notes about the Portuguese language!

Another wonderful class, muito obrigada! Thanks to Catarina and our lessons, I feel prepared to communicate in Portuguese in a variety of real-life situations. She does an excellent job of correcting mistakes and sharing new vocabulary in each session. Some of our classes are conversation-based, some are structured grammar lessons, and others are a mix. The balance helps me to learn new concepts and put them into practice right away.

I am learning a ton with Catarina! After just a few lessons, I feel more confident in my comprehension, speaking, and reading abilities. Our classes are a mix of grammar and conversation. I believe she is an excellent choice for English and Spanish speakers.
