I'm a CELTA certified English Teacher from New Orleans, Louisiana! I'm a native speaker of American English, and a fluent speaker of Louisiana French, German, Spanish, and Kouri-Vini(Louisiana Créole)!
I also am an intermediate speaker of Italian, Dutch, and Portuguese, and a beginning speaker of Russian, Japanese, and Mandarin Chinese! I love to learn languages, travel, ride my bike, and cook! I teach North American English, my lessons are dynamic, responsive, and thorough. We will always adapt to the needs of the student, as those needs arise. Gaps in vocabulary, grammar, or pronunciation can come up in class, it's important to be able to respond to those situations flexibly and leave students feeling more confident expressing themselves!
