I really like that she teaches me how to ask for help in Japanese to make the lesson more interactive with the language and she was able to answer my questions and was clear when she helped me when needed.

Kept the conversation going. Helpful with new words / phrases. If conversation style is scary to you, don't be scared. Mai will be great!

The lesson was fun and Mai was very helpful in helping me learn. I was able to learn new things. I really liked that she asked me questions in Japanese and let me think about the words and phrases if I knew them but helped if I asked and needed it.

I booked a series of lessons with Mai-san, and today's is the first. It was more of an introduction to get to know each other a little, and I was very happy with what I learned. Mai-san is a very kind and cheerful person to talk to. I very much enjoyed our conversation, and I looked forward to our next lesson!

I really like that she had a little quiz prepared at the end of the lesson!
