Manuel is an excellent tutor who has taught me a huge amount about the Portuguese language and my experience of working with him is fantastic. I have learned way more than I thought was possible and he opens up more and more layers of the language as we go on our journey together. I was very lucky to find such a top language tutor. it is an absolute pleasure to spend time with him.

I love my lessons with Manuel. He always gauges the material perfectly and I know that he does a lot of preparation for my lessons (all lessons I’m sure). The material is interesting and there is always a great mix of conversation, listening, grammar etc. So happy to have hooked up with him for lessons

Another useful lesson: talking about Christmas and how we celebrate it. Discussion on types of food and Christmas entertainment. We built sentences in multiple tenses on the fly and asked and answered questions in different tenses. It was a useful session with a very good tutor.
