I’m Saba, I’m 25 (and yes, I know I need to change that video). The rewarding experience of communicating in another language and connecting with people from different cultures and interests made me fall in love with learning languages. It also inspired me to share my language and culture. I’m passionate about books, history, movies, and dancing, and absolutely crazy about nature. My friends say I’m very friendly and funny—though I’m not sure about that! 🙂Ich als Lehrkraft
Before I started teaching Persian, I worked as a mathematics teacher, where I learned two key elements for creating a great and productive class: first, having strong knowledge and a logical progression of learning materials; and second, fostering a comfortable atmosphere where students feel free to make mistakes—because without mistakes, growth isn’t possible.
I have been teaching Persian for over three years now and have thoroughly enjoyed this journey with my students. So far, I believe I’ve successfully applied these two key principles. 🤭😌😁Meine Stunden und mein Unterrichtsstil
There is no single best method. Everyone has their own unique style of learning, and as a teacher, I try to find a method that best matches my students' learning goals and personalities. Another great lesson! It was challenging, but in the best way possible. As Rumi said, "Two there are who are never satisfied — the lover of the world and the lover of knowledge." I will never get tired of the challenges Saba throws at me!

Saba is an excellent teacher! All of my lessons with her have been very enjoyable and I've been learning more than I thought I would. Although I am terrible at reading Farsi, she is very patient and always helps me when I mispronounce words. I tend to beat myself up when I don't understand concepts in Farsi, but she constantly reassures me and makes me feel better about my many mistakes. I highly recommend choosing Saba as your Farsi teacher!

Amazing first lesson. Saba is so warm and welcoming and really made me feel comfortable despite how nervous and hesitant I was. Great materials and I feel confident I will reach my language goals in no time :)
