When i started studying with Hien my Vietnamese was very limted. I have enjoyed learning from her and her various experiences around the world. She is very caring and attentive and commited to improving her students language skills. I'm very thankful i have been able to conect with her on the Italki platform. Teachers like Hien make Italki a great place.

I have been studying with Hiền for nearly two years, and she is a highly recommendable teacher. She patiently encourages me to speak Vietnamese; our lessons are almost taking place solely in Vietnamese - and have been doing so for a long time. She has good materials, that integrate learning vocabulary, grammar, and cultural insigths. Her approach feels informal and friendly, but is clearly tailor-made to my learning goals. Also, she is supportive, knowledgable, polite, humorous, and always on time.

Absolutely fantasic first lesson. The teacher is amazing at understanding broken vietnamese and sticking to speaking vietnamese for as long as I wanted. Really good at infering the word i'm looking for. Nice energy and really friendly.

Wieder eine unvergessliche Unterrichtsstunde. Man kann Hien Vu wirklich als Lehrerin für Vietnamesisch weiterempfehlen. Der Unterricht ist nicht langweilig und Spaß. Ich freue mich bereits auf die nächste Unterrichtsstunde mit Hien Vu.
