Georgia is an excellent teach I've enjoyed taking lessons from many times. We are able to go over weekly vocabulary and practice example sentences or conversations for them. She's knowledgeable and cheerful when teaching. Her classes are fun and engaging.

I appreciate how Georgia always has something insightful for us to talk about. She's able to accurately assess my level, identify when she uses words I do not understand, and break down colloquialisms that only a native speaker would know. Today, she provided me with an expression I can use, explained its English meaning, and explained different situations where it's appropriate to use it. She also provided me with the antonym. Which I now realize, is just as important when you are understanding cultural expressions. I really love my lessons with Georiga. Highly recommend!

I really appreciate how every lesson feels bite sized. I have enough new words to learn that relate to my everyday life while practicing words I learned from previous sessions. I have been learning the HSK for a while now, although I know lots of words, there are so many additional words we use when talking that I frequently get lost. I feel like these lessons connect the HSK vocabulary with words used in real life conversations which allows me to understand more of what’s being said. I noticed, even if I don’t recall the exact definition of one of the words, I know what’s being asked and I’m not distracted with too many words in a sentence I don’t know. Thank you so much Georgia for meeting me at my language level and slowly building it.
