Francesco is an excellent teacher. He is very thorough with his corrections and his explanations; we have only taken a few lessons, but I feel like I have already learned a lot! Francesco is also very smart and can talk about a wide variety of topics, which is great for anyone with a wide range of interests that wants to practice discussing such topics in Italian. Francesco also has the extremely useful skill of listening deeply and intensely to what the student is saying; as a result, not only does he correct and explain, but also truly engages and facilitates. I would absolutely recommend him as a teacher to anyone interested in improving in Italian!!

Francesco is a superb teacher. He is encouraging and patient. I've had about a dozen lessons with him. I am seeing great progress as he balances our lessons with conversation, grammar, role-playing, and more. I strongly encourage students to study with Francesco!

Francesco is an engaging and talented teacher who has assisted me greatly in advancing from book-level Italian to conversational Italian in preparation for a trip.
