Hi! I’m Francesco — a certified teacher of Italian as a foreign language (Università per Stranieri di Siena), polyglot and PhD in philosophy.
I’ve taught students from all over the world, combining language learning with cultural depth and human connection.

I’m not just a teacher — I’m an intercultural mediator. I’ve lived in many countries and speak seven languages, seeing them as bridges that open cultural and human horizons.
Teaching, for me, means connecting with people from all over the world. Each lesson is a unique exchange.
I have experience with Italo-American and Turkish students, but I enjoy working with learners from all backgrounds.
I speak Italian with a clear, standard accent, as I’ve lived outside Italy for over 20 years.

Sizin gözünüzü korkutmadan mümkün mertebe italyanca konuşmanızı sağlıyor ve kendisi de zorunda kalmadıkça sizinle italyanca konuşuyor. Francesco is an excellent teacher. He is very thorough with his corrections and his explanations; we have only taken a few lessons, but I feel like I have already learned a lot! Francesco is also very smart and can talk about a wide variety of topics, which is great for anyone with a wide range of interests that wants to practice discussing such topics in Italian. Francesco also has the extremely useful skill of listening deeply and intensely to what the student is saying; as a result, not only does he correct and explain, but also truly engages and facilitates. I would absolutely recommend him as a teacher to anyone interested in improving in Italian!!

8 ders geride kaldı. İlerleme hızımdan memnunum. Dersler oldukça kapsayıcı: Bay Francesco konuşma, okuma, gramer, kelime bilgisi alanlarına bir arada odaklanan bir yaklaşıma sahip. İtalyanca ile ilgili verdiği püf noktaları öğrenme sürecini kolaylaştırıyor. Derslerin açıklama kısımlarını Türkçe işliyoruz, bu bence (en azından benim bulunduğum A1 seviyesinde) büyük bir kolaylık.
