윤지 [ yunji ]

I was really nervous in the beginning but yunji very naturally made me feel so comfortable by talking about the things I liked and focusing on the topics I could easily most comfortably discuss. To find out my current level we just had a fun conversation about my interests, which was so much fun. I almost forgot this was a class since we were so at ease. Such a cheerful person and genuinely made the class so much fun. We discussed my goals and how I’d like to approach the teaching and she listened very carefully and gave me a few ideas with how to conjecture a plan. I am so looking forward to learning more with her. Really recommend the trial class if you’re unsure like I was.

윤지 has been an amazing teacher! She challenges me to improve and apply what I've learned, while also being super patient as I (slowly) string together sentences or practice conjugations. She's super easy to talk to and always really friendly and encouraging. I can tell that my Korean is improving :)))

Literally the best teacher I've ever had!

My 12-year-old and almost 10-year-old have been taking lessons from her for a few months. From the start, my kids loved her energy and fun activities. She is very engaging and covers topics that my children would enjoy.

I feel so happy after our lessen today! I saw my progress and now it gives me even more energy to learn.

Yunji was amazing! I have studied Korean for about 6 years, but I never had the chance to practice speaking. I am going to a wedding in December, so I NEED to practice speaking so I can enjoy my trip more. Yunji is so friendly and comfortable to talk to. She was very encouraging, asked many questions in Korean, and used a lot of visual cues and gestures to help me better understand. She also gave examples of how I can respond if I didn't know what to say. After completing my first lesson with her, I now feel confident that I will be able to speak conversational Korean when I arrive in Korea. I am so excited! I highly recommend Yunji if you are nervous about starting or practicing Korean.
