Genia

I just finished my 100th class with Genia and am soo incredibly thrilled with my progress! I cannot say more good things about her. I have learnt so much with Genia - going from the middle of HSK 1 to now solidly in HSK 4. She makes sure to tailor your classes to what you want to focus on, so for me I speak and listen a lot. It is very difficult but also very exciting because I'm always shocked that I can manage to do so much in just one class! If you're looking for a patient, chill, super nice and fun Chinese teacher who will push you but not stress you out, AND help you improve your Chinese fast, I highly recommend trying out a class with Genia! 太感谢了你 Genia!! 我在未来期待有跟你更多的课 🤗 我对 Genia的教式非常满意!  我感觉她对她的学生的学习进步真致力。 每一次我有问题的时候她会这么快地打算和我的问题有关的新材料。 例如，有一次我不知道“次”和“遍”有什么区别，所以我给她发消息了，然后在下节课我们学了和这些动量词有关的话题！ 而且，有别的次 Genia发现了我发音“ci”和“si”一样，所以她5分钟多，直到我终于懂了，真耐心给我讲一讲怎么发这俩不同的发音。 如果你们要找棒的老师会让你们快地进步中文，我非常向你们推荐 Genia!!

Genia is an awesome tutor, she gives really helpful advice. She explains everything carefully and politely. Genia is always calm, kind and supportive. Genia самая лучшая учительница! Она может говорить на русском и английском, это очень удобно и помогает мне, если тема очень сложная. Наши уроки очень интересные и полезные, у меня всегда отличное настроение после них, и это помогает мне учиться с удовольствием! Время летит незаметно и я всегда с нетерпением жду следующий урок! 150 classes 🎉 Genia is the best! She has the ability to make every topic engaging. We did one PPT series on transportation, and I was actually looking forward to learning more! Another thing I appreciate is that even though I'm not at an advanced level, Genia doesn't shy away from advanced words/topics when they pop up. She tries her best to explain them in simple terms and still notes them down for review. We have a quick vocab quiz of ~5 words at the beginning of every class, and my vocabulary has improved so much in this way! In addition to structured classes, I've also started taking casual conversation classes, which I highly recommend! Genia is an absolute delight to talk to, and can keep a conversation on any topic going. In one class for the entire hour, we talked about funerals. It was very interesting, especially learning about 天葬. My classes with Genia are one of the things I look forward to most in the week! 太感谢你 Genia，我非常喜欢跟你聊天 🤗 总是花很好玩的时间，笑很多！让我想要学习更多，很快地提高水平！

Genia is really a wonderful teacher for my children, who already speak some Chinese at home. We have agreed a syllabus to follow and yet she takes the extra step to prepare detailed and enriching class materials for my 7 and 9 year old girls, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of vocabulary, grammar and rich ways of expressing themselves. She’s patient when my children are restless, and always bring positive energy to her classes. We are lucky to have found Genia!

Genia老师很棒！她准备的课非常有意思，很周密考虑过的。老师很友善. Очень понравилось занятие. Преподаватель подготовила отличные материалы, хорошо продумала план урока и составила индивидуальный план наших занятий. Внимательно слушала, как я говорю, указывала на недочеты и помогала исправить, это очень ценно.
