Привет! My name is Klava and I am here to help you studying Russian. I am from Yekaterinburg, Russia, and currently teaching Russian language in university in Cairo, Egypt. I am a native speaker. I'm an open-minded person who likes meeting new people and learning new languages. At the moment I'm working on my Polish. I have a master degree in linguistics and literature so that I enjoy discussing books and getting to know other cultures. I'm sure that being able to speak another language is being able to see the world from a new, different, perspective which can help us to understand ourselves and others better.

Ich als Lehrkraft

I've been working at University as a senior teacher with foreign students for 7 years already. During this time I've worked with people literally from all over the world - from South America to South Asia, so I know what difficulties people of different native languages face while studying Russian. I suppose we learn a language more productively when we can talk about things that are interesting for us. So I always plan my lessons individually for each student keeping in mind your linguistic background, interests and hobbies. Generally I try not to use English during my lessons to make you completely immerse yourself in the language but if needed I can provide explanation in it.

Meine Stunden und mein Unterrichtsstil

I always try to make a friendly atmosphere in my classes, so you can feel confident while studying the language. I prepare an individual study plan depending on your current level and your goals. All the study materials I use are up to date and easy to understand and work with. And I use only certified course books and worksheets.
