Seit über drei Jahren unterrichte ich Deutsch und spezialisiere mich auf Lernende der Niveaus A1 bis B1. In the last 1,5 years I have been learning Spanish by talking to natives and in return teaching English or German. Without using a grammar book I got quite far in that time. So personally I believe, that the best way to learn a language is to jump into the cold water and to just start speaking. I am very patient and easy-going. You are the boss and I will do my best for you to have a good learning experience with me. Grammatical terms are not my field of expertise. My goal ist to help you talk freely and not being afraid to talk.

ADVANCED STUDENTS: We will expand your vocabulary by talking/writing about everyday topics or specific issues of your choice, or by discussing short articles that we read before the lesson. EXAM/INTERVIEW PREP: We will be doing official practice exams together or prepare for and hold mock job interviews. Since my lessons are tailored to the needs of individual students, the clearer your idea of what you want to achieve in what timeframe is, the better :)

Am liebsten mache ich Konversationsübungen, aber auch Grammatik und Vokabeln können wir natürlich gerne lernen. Wir sollten uns persönlich gut verstehen! So macht das Lernen am meisten Spaß :) Außerdem bin ich sehr geduldig und versuche, dir immer ein möglichst ermutigendes (aber natürlich ehrliches!) Feedback zu geben. 🇺🇸 As a teacher, I am very flexible. I prefer to do conversation exercises, but of course we can also tackle grammar and vocabulary. I like it when we get on well personally!
