I've never thought of myself as a teacher, however I've been teaching English for more than 8 years and I love it! It's a real story of "from passion to profit" :D I've started as a mentor to foreign students at my university and turned out to be a full-time English instructor at world renown YMCA college in Japan. However, it's still my passion, so I always try to keep my lessons light and enjoyable.

In our lessons, we work from books such as "Colloquial Lithuanian", "Nė dienos be lietuvių kalbos" and other resources online. My main goal is for you to feel safe in making more mistakes which then leads to confidence expressing yourself in Lithuanian. From years of working in Behaviour Change with people, I know that adding new routines is not easy. Busy life and competing commitments make it difficult to stick to a routine. While I am encouraging and supportive, my best advice for a beginner is to lower your expectations when learning. Less is more at the very beginning while you are building a routine.
