Hello, I’m Erkan Toykan. I’m currently studying languages in Japan. This is the fifth country I’ve lived in, and it’s a very exciting place for me. I live alone, which allows us to have calm, uninterrupted lessons. My interests include different cultures, traveling, starting a life in a new country, healthy living, sports, movies, and books. I also write novels, a gratitude journal, and Japanese language textbooks.

That is why I like to have a simple conversation the first lesson and ask what the student wants to study and see what level they are in. I always try to make the lesson contents according to the students level. While teaching I always try to make sure my students speaks and expresses themselves as much as possible and I'll always encourage them and also fill in the blanks to give them a little push so they won't be stopping in the middle of the sentence.
