我们经常需要在各种各样的场合中讲话，有时候是非正式的聊天，有时候是正式的演讲。那么什么样的演讲才是好的演讲呢？我们来听一听刘墉先生的看法。
主持人：您觉得对您来说什么是一场成功的演讲？
刘墉：就是把你心里要说的，你都尽量地完全地顺顺当当地表达出来，而且让听众能够得到感动。你真实的情感，让他能够感触到，而且他们感动了之后能够延伸下去，就（是）说产生影响力。我记得有一次我在山西太原做公益演讲，讲完了大家除了有公益的捐款之外，出了场子知道有一个有个孩子在那哭，说他脚踏车被偷了，一个听讲的人就说没关系，我来出钱我给你去买一辆。让我非常地惊讶，那个人后来跟我说，他说：“刘老师，我听了演讲，我觉得我们让下一代快乐，帮别人解决问题，那其实就是解决我们自己心理的问题。”也就是它产生了正面的影响，我们不会只是希望在这个场子里头他感动，应该能够延伸下去，甚至能够影响人的一生。而且我的经验，一场成功的演讲，尤其是感性的演讲，当你讲完的时候，除了掌声之外，你会注意很多人会留在场子上不急着走，他们依然坐在那边。为什么？他们正在取决于他们咀嚼所听到的东西。我们要讲的东西让人能在现场听得精彩，让他在未来能够咀嚼，让他人生当中能够实现，这就是好的演讲。

Anne Schedeen, the actress who played Kate Tanner, the mother in the hit 1980s sitcom ALF, has died at the age of 77.

In this episode, I look back at her career, her memorable role as the patient and long-suffering mum in the Tanner family, and some of the stories that emerged over the years about the difficulties of making ALF behind the scenes. Despite becoming a television classic, the production was often described as stressful and technically challenging by members of the cast.

We'll remember Anne Schedeen's contribution to one of television's most unusual and beloved family comedies while also exploring why the cast's experience was often very different from what viewers saw on screen.
