客人：三百八十元……价格还可以。这个套餐适合敏感皮肤吗？

店员：适合的，我们的产品都是纯天然的，没有香精和酒精，很多敏感皮肤的客人也做过，效果很好。

客人：那太好了，我就做这个吧。

店员：好的，请先跟我到里面，换一下衣服，然后躺在床上就行。

（护理过程中）

店员：您现在感觉怎么样？力度合适吗？

客人：挺舒服的，按摩手法很专业。不过，我的眼睛周围有点疼，能轻一点儿吗？

店员：当然可以，我轻一些。您平时经常做护理吗？

客人：不常做，这是今年第一次。工作太忙了，没时间。

店员：确实，现在很多人都很忙。不过皮肤还是需要定期保养的，建议您每个月做一次。

客人：你说得对，我以后应该多注意。

（护理结束后）

店员：好了，已经做完了。您照镜子看一下，觉得怎么样？

客人：哇，皮肤确实变亮了，摸起来也滑滑的，很满意！

店员：谢谢您的夸奖。如果您办一张会员卡，下次来可以打八折。

客人：会员卡怎么办理？

店员：只要一次性充值一千元就可以了，而且还会送您一次手部护理。

客人：听起来不错，那我办一张吧。
