Step 1: Listen and catch the words you know already, have a guess about the content.
Step 2: Check the script to learn one by one. 
Step 3: Listen and repeat after it.
Step 4: Practice until you can perform the dialogue.

1、这个菜不要辣，谢谢。
zhè gè cài bú yào là ， xiè xiè 。
No spice in this dish, please.
2、可以少辣吗？
kě yǐ shǎo là ma ？
Can it be less spicy?
3、不要下葱，谢谢。
bú yào xià cōng ， xiè xiè 。
No green onion, please.
4、你好，请给我一个勺子。
nǐ hǎo ， qǐng gěi wǒ yí gè sháo zi 。
Hello, would you pleae give me a spoon.
5、你好，请给我一把叉子。
nǐ hǎo ， qǐng gěi wǒ yì bǎ chā zi 。
Hello, would you pleae give me a fork.
6、你好，请帮忙加点儿水。
nǐ hǎo ， qǐng bāng máng jiā diǎn ér shuǐ 。
Hello, would you pleae help me add some water.
7、你好，请上一下米饭。
nǐ hǎo ， qǐng shàng yí xià mǐ fàn 。
Hello, would you pleae serve the rice.
8、你好，麻烦加一碗米饭。
nǐ hǎo ， má fán jiā yì wǎn mǐ fàn 。
Hello, please help to add a bowl of rice.
9、你好，麻烦给下菜单，我们要加菜。
nǐ hǎo ， má fán gěi xià cài dān ， wǒ men yào jiā cài 。
Hello, would you please bring the menu. We'd like to add something.
10、你好，我们的甜品可以上了。
nǐ hǎo ， wǒ men de tián pǐn kě yǐ shàng le 。
Hello, our desserts can be served now.
11、你好，这两个菜请帮我们打包。
nǐ hǎo ， zhè liǎng gè cài qǐng bāng wǒ men dǎ bāo 。
Hello, could you pack these two dishes for us, please?
12、你好，麻烦给我们两个打包盒。
nǐ hǎo ， má fán gěi wǒ men liǎng gè dǎ bāo hé 。
Hello, could you give us two takeout boxes, please.
13、你好，麻烦帮我们催下菜。
nǐ hǎo ， má fán bāng wǒ men cuī xià cài 。
Hello, can you hurry up the order for us, please?
Remarks:
1. Instead of calling the waiter/waitress ”服务员“，“你好” sounds more friendly.
2. 麻烦 means troublesome/bother, it's polite to use it when you are asking for a favour.
