New portion of Russian tongue twisters!
This time let’s specifically focus on really tricky Russian sounds that are confusing for many foreigners – [ч], [ш], [щ]. 
I'll recite each tongue twister twice: once at a slow pace and then gradually closer to a normal speed.

четЫре чЁрненьких чумАзеньких чертЁнка чертИли чЁрными чернИлами чертЁж чрезвычАйно чИсто. (ч,р)

сАша шУстро сУшит сУшки,
сУшек вЫсушил штук шесть,

What's wrong with young people?
Some older people complain they have a fear of going out at night because of increasing violence and the number of young people who are drunk. But is it right for them to be frightened?
It's true that the number of reported violent crimes has increased, but also true that the police have become more expert at recording crime. Their enquiries are more successful because victims seem more willing to report crime. This may account for the increase.
There is also a growing trend for young people to consume less alcohol now than ten or fifteen years ago. Why? It's probably a combination of factors. Alcohol is expensive, it makes you lose control, and there seems to be a cultural move away from heavy drinking of alcohol.

De Dienst Toeslagen stuurt brieven naar mensen die vorig jaar geen zorgtoeslag hebben aangevraagd.

Volgens hun gegevens heb je misschien tóch recht op die toeslag over 2024.

Hoeveel tijd heb je?
Je kunt nog tot 1 september 2025 zorgtoeslag aanvragen over 2024. Daarna is het te laat.

Wat moet je doen?
In de brief staat hoeveel geld je misschien kunt krijgen. Maar je krijgt dat geld alleen als je het zelf aanvraagt. Dat staat in de kleine letters van de brief.
