Something has come to my mind this morning. It may be one of my daydreaming thoughts. It's about how to reduce stress and how to avoid being furious. The common and obvious way is "Taking a deep breath". It means that you need to meditate for 1 or 2 minutes right that moment. Let's imagine. In Class, there's a presentation about something. Presenter is doing his/her job, and she/he is taking a break to examine all the audiences what they're doing. And she/he tells them to close their eyes and be quiet. At that time, the whole class is like a space, nothing can't be heard. After two minutes pass, she tells them to open their eyes. Before this moment, the whole class has various emotions, feelings and thoughts but after this, they feel somehow difference. It seems like they know what they were thinking, doing and feeling. They notice themselves what they did. So, this is my imaginary example. A::: Are you breathing? B::: Of course, I'm. A::: So, how do you know you're breathing? B::: It's just..., I'm alive beacuse I'm breathing. A::: No, you don't know you're breathing, it's just that your brain is telling you about that. Your brain works as a consciousness and you always think that you know what you know. It's your brain's work to report to you. To solve this problem and if you wanna know yourself, just stand or sit still, do nothing, think nothing, close your eyes, keep that "times stop around you" in your mind , and please focus on your nostrils, when you notice that the breeze blows over your nostrils, it's the time that you know you're breathing. Whenever you had a hard time or you're furious about something, please do as I mentioned, I'm sure that can help you a lot. Please correct my grammar tenses, I don't know which tenses I should use in imaginary situation, I do know that "would" is for imaginary situation but in this different situation I mentioned above, I don't know how to use . 🙏🤍
