First I'll make some changes to the English of your question, as below: I want to become a perfect English teacher in the near future. For that, I need to be perfect in every aspect of English. What steps should I follow to become a good English teacher? I am aspirant* and a hard worker. How much time will it take to achieve my goal, and how can I measure that? Please guide me. * I'm not sure what you were trying to say when you wrote "aspirant", so I left that alone. I am not a teacher, so I cannot talk from that perspective, but I suggest you make and approach more realistic goals. I am a very well-educated speaker, and even I don't consider my English "perfect". A "perfect" teacher may not even be available to students in your area. If you can teach students to speak English well enough so that English speakers can understand what they mean to say, you have already achieved a large goal. That is halfway toward knowing a language. From the way you wrote your question, it looks like you need to review English syntax. I don't think there are any magic formulas for learning a language: just the stuff everyone else always says. But there may be some things that are often overlooked. For example, I don't often hear people talk about collocations. A collocation is when two words are habitually used together. A native speaker knows these collocations implicitly. One final piece of advice: English speakers use the exclamation point (!) very sparingly. It comes across to us almost like shouting. Good luck, and I wish you well.
