What is Lo Mein? It is a dish of noodles with a boiled way. Lo(捞) is a verb meaning “stir”and Mein(面) is noodles. They are Cantonese words. It is easy to cook Lo Mein. To boil them for 1 or 2 minutes, then put them on a plate, and then add sauce you like. After that, stir or mix them before serving.
We call boiled noodles with spicy sauce as辣酱捞面, soy sauce as 酱油捞面, oyster sauce as蚝油捞面, meat sauce or gravy as 肉汁捞面.
Recently, I have been cooking Lo Mein for breakfast. I usually add the sauce which was from the leftovers from last dinner, such as, a dish of steamed chicken, a dish of steamed meat pie. It is not only yummy but also time-saving to make breakfast in a busy morning.
Pictures 1 and 2 are the Lo Mein. The first one is a close-up. Picture 3 is a sunny-side-up-like egg. It looks good, right? It was not fried, instead steamed. I cracked the egg in a bowl, put it on the hot water in the wok that just boiled the noodles, then covered the lid, and then let the egg be heated for 3- 5minutes. After that, put it on the noodles.

Sound delicious. Your English is good but I hope I can help with more natural English.
