That is the eternal question, and no one has been able to answer it satisfactorily.
Humanity haven’t known in all their history anything you can call it peace for a long time, other than just some precious few lapses now and then. War is inside our wretched existence and what we like the most is to take it for a walk from time to time.
However I can understand the point of view from people like the one who has preceded over me. Hopelessly it doesn't matter how good your arguments or formulas are to combat war and win the peace, as war is always there to recall us how imperfect we are.

The path to world peace is to implement the consciousness of a community with a shared future for mankind, balance the legitimate concerns of other countries while pursuing their own interests, and promote the common development of all countries in the pursuit of their own development. There is only one Earth for humanity, and all countries coexist in one world. In the face of the complex situation of the world economy and global issues, no country can stand alone. We must adhere to mutual respect and equal treatment among countries, cooperation and win-win development, and achieve common, comprehensive, cooperative, and sustainable security. We must also uphold the inclusiveness of different cultures and exchange and mutual learning.
