Q. Are car-free cities a good idea? In my opinion, car-free cities are a good idea. To begin with, most automobiles run on gasoline. Because of this, cars are a major source of global warming and air pollution. Some might think car-free cities are bad for people in a hurry; however, there are options like moving away or buying a bike, which don't cause pollution. Also, car-free cities are good for our health. We can play or exercise in larger areas where there are no cars. In addition, bikes are safer than cars. When there's an accident, people get less hurt because bikes are much slower than cars. In conclusion, I think car-free cities are needed.
