I want to practice or to practise English? So I see this often, maybe "to practice English" defines one meaning, and "to practise English" has other meaning that is not equal to the first meaning. Is it right?

In Internet or on Internet? Are these phrase the same? Or we must use "in Internet" than "on Internet" in speaking? Sometimes I can hear else the "on Internet" in speech. So are they right for English communication? Thanks in advance.
