I always wake up at 6 am, and the first thing I do is making a coffee by coffee machine, and then I started to do some stretch exercises until the coffee is ready. I will grab my coffee and go downstairs to my attic and then turn on my computer, find a YouTube video to study English. This is my ritual and I believe it’s good for me to training my brain even though it has not fully wake up.😂 I really enjoy the moment because I felt like the whole world is still sleeping and no phone call, no one will disturb me in the morning. After that, I dressed up and prepared for work, that’s mean my day officially start and I have a lot of things need to handle and negotiate. It’s quite challenging to have so many conversations with all my suppliers because the industry I worked is just like that.

It was a sunny day today. During my reading session, I learned a new word: Down syndrome. I used to think of people with Down syndrome as "retarded," technically I didn’t even know such things. But now I know that's not accurate. They simply have an extra thing in their genes, which makes them different, not less than. It's not a disease, just a different way of being. I don't know anyone close to me with Down syndrome, but I've seen people with it out there. We should treat them with kindness and respect, just like anyone else.

I live in tokyo Japan. It started fall season here. I feel crisp air in the morning. It's below 15 degrees. We need jaket and skarf. I love this weater because we can enjoy weinter clothes!!!

Sometimes, we can easily distinguish our children from a crowd of children through their clothes, because the clothes might be the ones you have just bought for them a few days ago. However, the same thing becomes very diffcult in school. I have not found my daughter a few times after school due to the same kind of school uniform they wore. I waited outside her school until all the students were gone. I always ask my daughter whether she likes the uniform or not. Her answers are different. She thinks that a school uniform is really convenient for choosing, because they have no other options. Sometimes, she thinks that the colour of their school uniforms make them feel bland. Children's world should be full of a variety of colours. I agree, but for some children who come from poor families, a school uniform can help them focus on studying, or even avoid being bullyed. In fact, we really don't have any choices, just let our children wear school uniforms to go to school and have a good time with other classmates.

uhhh there are a lot of memorable memories between my brother and me. And i’m glad to say to you one of them.We live in a rural place that even there aren’t any pools. One day me and my brother decided to went to the swimming pool, my brother doesn’t know how to swim.After an hour we arrived the pool and suddenly he scared the full of water on the pool.And i just calming him and i said “hey my boy this just water u scared that water? u almost 7-year-old guy who beat the our fat neighbor 🥹I believe my boy just jump to water and calm down. U can du that and he could”. After my sentence to be honest i feel like a motivator 🤣

Of course in hot weather of situation, we try to some nice place that can keep safely.
