I am happy to have a regular work pattern that i can enjoy regular sleep pattern. A routine sleeping pattern is crucial for health, i sleep at 11pm regularly after helping my kids sleep. Olympics game may cause people sleep late recently, but i wouldn't wake up in the late night for game. Instead, i would rather watch the highlights for my favorite games such as artistic cycling, basketball, beach volley or 100 meter field track. It is grateful to see the increasing number of prizes for my country China to win, i am surprised the fast growing for the Chinese atheles in different events. Having a routine sleep pattern help our body work efficient that can directly help our longer life time, i always try to maintain a healthy lifestyle because life is full of uncertainty and a strong body can help to pass through easily in the uncertain future.
