One of my colleagues resigned at the beginning of this month, because he will return to university for his doctor degree on September. Everyone is pleased for his doctor entrance to university. He went back home recently and sent a gift from his hometown for every coworkers in our office. I got a cute smile refrigerator magnet. My favorite gift is the Chinese style beauty and It was pretty beautiful! But I'm late a little, so others got them. It was scorching hot today. The sun felt like it could fry an egg on the sidewalk. As planned, I hit the gym after lunch. The treadmill was my first challenge. Unsteady at first, I almost fell off. With my coach's help, I overcame my fear and eventually got the hang of it. After an hour on the treadmill, I moved on to squat lifting. Starting light, my coach had me gradually increase the weight. I did all twenty sets according to the plan by the end. That was intense! To cool down, I ended with a swim which was incredibly refreshing than ever. I think I've found my new workout routine.

This topic reminds me of a joke we talked a lot many years ago.It said that the probability of creating a new creature liked a wind blew over some trash, then created a Boeing aircraft. Though we have created clone sheep over 25 years, we still just use egg cell to finish cell division in a third-party body at most today. If you dream that iron barbs can grow out of your skin like a spider, nobody could help you do that. So, if you want to be a hero who is able to protect the whole world by defeating all the bad eggs, my suggestion is that just to be yourself who can protect your family first, then work out everyday to be stronger and learn a lot things to be smart. In that case, the left thing is that to wait the technology develops until scintists can put the bat genes into your cells to help you grow out a pair of wings like a bat, and your body is fireproof,and ....... In that days, you are busy flying around the world to help everyone who needs your help. You are really brave and righteous!
