I have heard a good news that we eventually have an unique word "loong”to say Chinese dragon. I don't know why people used dragon to say our most auspicious animal many many years ago ,they are actually two very different kinds of animals. It really made a lot of misunderstandings between West and East.Especially this year is the year of loong.I hope my foreign friends can realize this animal in a new way!

Today is the third day of the lunar chinese new year. Just like last year, I took my child to Taipei children's amusement park. They won't be as excited as before, as they are growing.

St. Valentine's Day is coming soon! In Japan, girls give their boyfriends chocolate. Also, we have the culture which girls give girls ones as "the chocolate for the best friends". (Of course boys can do too, but I've never seen boys-boys chocolate.) Therefore, we can see so many kinds of chocolate sweets on the market on these days. I sometimes see the ones which Japanese Sake or Japanese whisky is in ganaches in recent years! I understand some people wonder whether Japanese Sake goes well with ganaches or not, but honestly, it's... delicious. So delicious! I attached pictures of Japanese Sake mixed ganaches I ate today (and the Japanese Sake itself). *I know it's not a shape of general ganache. It is called "Nama choco" in Japanese, one of Japanese original chocolate sweets. Its recipe is similar to ganache so I wrote "ganache".

I like to watch cricket matches, especially the final match of any international cricket tournament. Cricket is my favourite sport, and sometimes we postponed everything for a cricket match. In my childhood I played this game a lot, but now unfortunately I can't play this game due a lot of business.

It's sunny today. According to our tradition, my dad is supposed to visit my maternal grandparents today. We had a lovely dinner at their home. Personally, I enjoyed their chocolates more than their food. They received a lot of them—many relatives visited and brought chocolates along, which was interesting. I wonder why I didn't receive any! My grandpa is still walking with a limp. I hope he gets better soon.

Although rabbits, unlike dogs, don’t need to go out for a walk every day, I wonder whether my bunny Sweetie will be happier if I take him out now and then. Some people think that rabbits already have enough space at home to move around, and going out only brings risks to them since they are quite sensitive and vulnerable animals. Other people think that rabbits also have the right to see the world outside, and as they go out more often, they become braver and more active. Sweetie is becoming more dynamic and curious day by day. I intend to take him out for a walk nearby someday to see whether he likes it.
