The goal of this lesson will be to help you become more confident in your speaking abilities. I will bring up different topics for the students to talk about and change them throughout the lesson. As you speak, I will make note of your sentence construction, vocabulary, your usage of idioms and pronunciation of words. I will ask you questions based on these topics.

The questions get more challenging as we proceed with the lesson but I will be there to guide you every step of the way.

Casual Conversation

This is garden-variety lesson for those who want a little bit of everything. 

1. First we tackle your reading and comprehension skills. You read a page from a book or an article and then I will ask you questions based on what you have read. This activity allows you to practice your pronunciation and reading skills.

2. Then we set out to grow your vocabulary. This will be done through different vocabulary building games that will definitely have you thinking on your feet.

3. We end of the lesson with a casual but structured conversation. The conversation portion of this will allow you practice your conversational skills and give you a chance to utilize your newly acquired vocabulary. Remember, practice is an essential part your success.
