General English

I planned and taught lessons and designed lesson materials in collaboration with other teachers in a virtual environment for online classes consisting of 10-30 diverse students from 3 different continents. I analyzed student communication and compared it with language resources to adapt content to their level and address student difficulties. Repurposed in-person materials to produce virtual interactive virtual. Created individualized linguistic profiles of students strengths and weaknesses.

Advance 180 Hour intensive Teacher Training Certification Course: 
Studied theories of language and language acquisition (e.g. Universal Grammar, Input Hypothesis), teaching methods past and present, and procedures for planning lessons, managing classrooms, student-centered teaching.
