An introductory lesson to find out more about you, your current level of English, your learning goals and how you like to learn. We can then plan and structure the lessons to ensure they match your needs.

One of the difficulties in learning a new language is having the opportunity to practice the vocabulary you have learned in an environment where you feel less ‘lost’ than in real life situations and where you can go at a pace which is comfortable to you. Also, where the speaker has the time and patience to explain and repeat things if necessary and also correct your mistakes without judgement.  I am currently learning Italian so I can fully empathise with these challenges.  Our conversations will be at a speed that you are comfortable with but at a pace suitable enough to challenge you.  These lessons are about building up your confidence in speaking and developing your English language listening skills.  You can choose the topic or allow me to; or we can do a combination of both. I started singing professionally (as well as having a day job!) in 2004.   Music has taken me to several countries to perform both as a solo artist and with bands (indigoeyesmusic). I will help you with: 
Pronunciation – including correct intonation and perfecting phrasing to sound like a native speaker
Songwriting – proof-reading and advising you on writing lyrics in English or translation.
