I am not a professional teacher, so I am not qualified to actually TEACH English/Spanish/Catalan, but I can help you PRACTICE. I do not have any teaching materials (workbooks or exercise books). Any readings we do in class, the student should find for themselves. But working with me (a native speaker) will help you improve your speaking, writing and reading skills in an informal and casual way!

Certified CELTA teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience. I graduated from university in Chile, where I studied to become a teacher of English. While still a student I won a scholarship to live in England and work as a Spanish tutor in a language school, so that experience really helped me become more fluent and relaxed about my use of English. I discovered that the most important thing when learning a language isn't to speak perfectly or with a specific accent, but to actually be able to communicate with other people and be understood, that's when learning really becomes motivating. In 2017 I took the CELTA course which gave me a different perspective on how to teach using ONLY English, something I thought almost impossible.

I started tutoring kids in English when I was 16 in Peru. At 19, I lived and worked in Hawaii for 4 months, which helped me reach an advanced level of English. I studied Management and Tourism, so fluency in English was a must. This inspired me to also teach Spanish to tourists visiting my city.
